- If your order happens to arrive bent or damaged, that's okay, just snap a picture of the defect, send to my email: [email protected] , and provide your first and last name along with the order #.This will only be valid within the 12 hours you have received it. Once you have done this and I have approved, we will go ahead replace it for you, unless a refund is requested.
